REGINA WONG
Ms. Wong has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, M & A, corporate finance, private equity and fund-raising exercise. She is the founder, shareholder and Responsible Officer (Type 6) of Euto Capital Partner which is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) to conduct Type 6 (Financial Advisor) regulated activities. Ms. Wong has participated in a number of listings and mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong. She had advised client to team up with Warburg Pincus Private Equity Fund to acquire a domestic oil storage China's strategic oil storage assets from the hands of Titan Petrochemicals Group Limited for HK Stock Code 1192. From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Wong had become an executive director and CEO of Sino Credit Holdings Limited (HKSE: 0628), and later re-designated as a non-executive director from 2015 to 2016 before leading in the strategic shareholder Gome Financial. She has served as the independent financial adviser to listed companies under the Hong Kong New World Group, including the independent financial adviser to Green Heart Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00094.HK), and Newton Resources Limited. (stock code: 01231). Previously, she worked in the corporate finance department of Daifook Capital (now Haitong Securities) and Grant Thornton Accounting Firm. She is also committed to leading the development of foreign biotech and medical technology companies in Hong Kong and China. She is also the founding director of the Asia-Pacific International Society for Precision Medicine Co., Ltd., which aims to promote the development of the precision medicine industry in the Asia-Pacific region. She obtained MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of British Columbia. She is also a fellow member of the HKICPA, ACCA and had been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
ANTHONY LAM
Mr. Lam is one of the founders and a Responsible Officer of Euto Capital Partners Limited (holding Type 6 SFC Licence, advising on corporate finance, the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Code of Takeovers and Mergers and Shares Buy-backs). Euto Group also holds a Type 4 and a Type 9 SFC Licences licensed firm which can provide asset management services. Mr. Lam can provide company secretarial, M&A, compliance advisory and execution of transaction services, in his capacity as a financial advisor. He is also familiar with the application of SFC Licences and formation of investment funds. Mr. Lam is also a practising solicitor in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. He was admitted in the High Court of Hong Kong in 1998 and in the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1999 with expertise in civil litigation, general commercial matters and merger and acquisition transactions. At present, Mr. Lam is also a Consultant of C. W. Lau & Co., Solicitors, and holds a practicing certificate issued by the Law Society of Hong Kong. Mr. Lam is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. In early 2023, Mr. Lam was issued with the licence of GBA Lawyer (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lawyer) and is now also a lawyer in D&S Law Firm (a PRC law firm with headquarters in Guangzhou City of the PRC) Mr. Lam obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Certificate of Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 1995 and 1996 respectively. He also obtained a Master of Laws from City University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science (Financial Analysis) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mr. Lam also has extensive experience in the operations and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. He used to be the Chief Legal Counsel of Gome Financial Technology Co., Ltd. (listed in Hong Kong Main Board, formerly known as Sino Credit Holdings Co., Ltd.) (stock code: 00628), and be responsible for all legal, listing rules and compliance, mergers and acquisitions issues of the Group. Mr. Lam served as an Executive Director and later on a Non-executive Director of Yin He Holdings Limited (listed in Hong Kong GEM Board, stock code: 08260), providing advice to the board of directors on legal, listing rules and business compliance, as well as mergers and acquisitions issues. Mr. Lam was also the Company Secretary of Yin He Holdings Limited (stock code: 08260) and the Company Secretary of China Uptown Group Co., Ltd. (listed in Hong Kong Main Board, stock code: 02330). Currently, he is the Joint Company Secretary of ACME International Holdings Limited (listed in Hong Kong Main Board, stock code: 01870) focusing on all compliance matters.
Poon Lai Yin Michael
Poon Lai Yin Michael is a financial executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning and governance. He has served as chief financial officer and executive director of three Hong Kong Exchange-listed companies, covering industries including biotechnology, healthcare and natural resources. During his tenure, he raised more than HK$400 million through initial public offerings (IPOs) and post-listing financings, promoted cross-border M&A transactions, and successfully guided the company to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Pan holds three master’s degrees from well-known universities in China, Hong Kong and Australia.He holds a Master of Public Administration from Tsinghua University, a Master of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Accountancy from Monash University in Australia. These diverse educational experiences, coupled with his professional qualifications, include fellow members of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, members of CPA Australia, practicing members of the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC), and certified by the European Federation of Financial Analysts® (EFFAS®). An ESG Analyst (CESGA®) and a Certified ESG Planner (CEP®) from the International Chamber of Sustainability, demonstrating his commitment to integrity, governance and transparency. As an adjunct professor, Mr. Poon is actively involved in professional bodies, industry associations and local committees, and is keen to collaborate with academia to provide research insights and guidance to high-potential start-ups under the City University of Hong Kong's HKTech300 program and the School of Innovation. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Pan is also committed to community service, serving as a member of the New Democratic Party, a member of the Rotary Club of Peninsula East, and founded the Greater China Student Partners Charitable Fund Limited.
Albert Wong
Licensed person registered under the SFC; Specializes in corporate strategy and business engineering, with extensive experience in fund management, asset management, private equity and wealth management. Niche experience in serving series of senior positions with various Collective Investment Vehicles.
Yang Xiao Ming
Mr. Yang has more than 20 years of experience in finance, investment and risk management in China and Hong Kong. He has worked in many listed companies, accounting firms and asset management companies in the fields of corporate governance, investment decision-making, risk management, financial reporting and compliance. With rich experience and knowledge, he was appointed by the Ministry of Finance of China as a consulting expert to the Enterprise Internal Control Standards Committee from 2014 to 2016. He once served as the enterprise risk management business partner of Tianjian Guanghua (Beijing) Accounting Firm and ShineWing Accounting Firm respectively, and was appointed as an external director of Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. by the Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Mr. Yang once served as the manager of the financial department of China Unicom Hong Kong Red Chip Company (0762. HK) and the senior manager of the capital management department of Huawei Technology Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. He also served as an independent non-executive director of Goertek Acoustics Co., Ltd. (002241. SZ). Mr. Yang is a Chinese certified public accountant. His main research areas are internal control and investment and financing management. He currently serves as our Securities Regulatory Commission licensee for Category 9 regulated activities of the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission. He holds a master's degree in management engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University and a Hong Kong Science and Technology University Master of Science in Financial Analysis.
Mr. Kevin Wong
Holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Wong possesses over 20 years of corporate finance experience and has participated in a number of initial public offerings and corporate finance transactions. Most of his clients are listed companies in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including main board and growth enterprises board. He completed over 100 corporate finance transactions, including (i) mergers and acquisition for project companies and shareholdings of listed companies; (ii) fund raising exercises for listed companies such as placing new shares, rights issues, open offer, issue of convertible securities and options; (iii) advise on matter in related to listing rules in the capacity of financial advisor or independent financial advisor; and (iv) advise on takeover code for and on behalf of the offeror or offeree.
As one of the participants in corporate finance industry in Hong Kong, Mr. Wong is the member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institutes. Mr. Wong is also the member of Hong Kong University Alumni Association.
Currently, Mr. Wong is a registered responsible officer under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
