Mr. Steven Tang, Partner
Mr. Steven Tang has many years of experience in product development, business operations, and fund investment management. Since 2007, he has served as a consultant to Warburg Pincus LLC, one of the top ten international private equity fund, and has handled a number of listings, mergers and acquisitions and divesetments, including the privatization of 58.com from the United States capital market. He had been the CEO of Huasheng Gas, an energy venture co-invested by AVIC Trust. Besides, he had served as a director and executive chairman of RDA Microelectronics (Nasdaq: RDA), which is listed on Nasdaq, and the CEO and a director of semi-conductor wafer company Coolsand Holdings. Prior to that, Mr. Tang had served as the President of the Asia-Pacific of Viasystems Group, a Nasdaq-listed company.
Mr. Tang is active in the corporate governance of Hong Kong listed companies. He had served as an independent non-executive director of Asia Coal (835.HK), a non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors of China Agricultural Ecology (8166.HK); and an independent non-executive director of Green Heart Group (0094.HK) executive director.
He was a member of the Guangzhou Municipal Political Consultative Conference from 2006 to 2016 and a member of the Baiyun District Political Consultative Conference of Guangzhou City from 2003 to 2016. He is now a consultant of the Hong Kong Guangzhou Association.

Mr. Lu Bing, Partner
Ms. Regina WONG, Managing Director and CEO
Ms. Wong has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, M & A, corporate finance, private equity and fund-raising exercise. She is the founder, shareholder and Responsible Officer (Type 6) of Euto Capital Partner which is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) to conduct Type 6 (Financial Advisor) regulated activities.
Ms. Wong has participated in a number of listings and mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong. She had advised client to team up with Warburg Pincus Private Equity Fund to acquire a domestic oil storage China's strategic oil storage assets from the hands of Titan Petrochemical (formerly stock code: 01192). From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Wang had become an executive director and CEO of Sino Credit Holdings Limited (HKSE: 0628), and later re-designated as a non-executive director from 2015 to 2016 before leading in the strategic shareholder Gome Financial.
She obtained MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of British Columbia. She is also a fellow member of the HKICPA, ACCA and had been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Mr. Anthony LAM, COO and Compliance
Anthony has Over 20 years’ experience in legal practice as a lawyer qualified to law in Hong Kong, England and Wales. He had previously provided legal advice to various banks, major property developers and listed companies in Hong Kong. He is also qualified or had been acting as:
- China-Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by Ministry of Justice of the PRC;
- adjudicator of Registration of Persons Tribunal;
- member of Appeal Panel (Housing) ; and
- member of Disciplinary Panel A of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants
He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Postgraduate Certificate of Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 1995 and 1996 respectively.
He is the founder, of Euto Capital Partner which is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) to conduct Type 6 (Financial Advisor) regulated activities.
He obtained a Master of Laws degree from City University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science (Financial Analysis) degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr. YANG XIAOMING (Mainland China), Adviser
Mr. Yang has more than 20 years of experience in finance, investment and risk management in China and Hong Kong. He has worked in several listed companies, accounting firms and asset management companies. He is expertised in corporate governance, investment decision-making, risk management, financial reporting and compliance. With rich experience and knowledge, he was appointed by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China to act as a consultant for the Corporate Internal Control Standards Committee (中國財政部委任為企業內部控制標準委員會諮詢專家) from 2014 to 2016. He once worked as a partner in the enterprise risk management department of Ascenda (Beijing) Certified Public Accountants (天健光華（北京）會計師事務所) and Shinewing Certified Public Accountants (信永中和會計師事務所), and was also appointed by Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (北京市國有資產監督管理委員會) as an outside director of Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd.
Mr. Yang used to be the manager of the financial department of China Unicom Hong Kong Red Chip Company (stock code: 0762) and the senior manager of the fund management department of Huawei Technology Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. He also once served as an independent non-executive director of Goertek (002241.SZ).
Mr. Yang is a member of the CICPA, his main research areas were internal control, investment and financing management. He holds a master degree in management from Beijing Jiaotong University, and master of science in financial analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
